According to this page:
https://github.com/dbenjaminmiller/bmusicfonts/tree/master

you can use something called esmuflily and ekmelily so that any smufl font can
be used in Lilypond. I have not personally tried this so i can't comment on how
it works. I am not aware of what work is currently being done to add official
smufl support to Lilypond.

Abraham's fonts still work though they are now unmaintained. There were the old
versions (pre-MTF versions) and the ones available through MTF, they probably
have most of the glyphs you'll need in common music notation. I've played
around with the old free ones, they still work fine.

If you're interested in Bravura specifically, it's probably easiest to just use
BMusicFont instead. Gonville is another font option, it seems to be still
maintained.

Another possibility you should be aware of: it's easy to swap out portions of
the music font for other fonts if there's something particular from those fonts
that you like. Like clefs, accidentals, flags, articulations, noteheads, etc.
Like Cadence clefs, Beethoven noteheads, Gonville sharps and flats...

That's all I know about that, hope that helps
