That's amazing, but you're right.  Single double quotes
don't work around file names in Command Prompt; neither
do double double quotes; but triple double quotes do!

maybe it should be added in the docs:

I'll do that.  I'll also fix the documentation
to avoid misleading people in the Jay was misled.
