This is where I put in a reminder of earlier (brief)
discussion of the potential of componentized copyleft
radio drama.  One doesn't require much any idea of a
possible story to say "this eight seconds of music 
would be an mood-setting transition between scenes,"
or "this would be a useful sound effect not everyone 
has the opportunity to record."  It could be these 
elements that burst someone else's creative block 
and evoke the idea for a script.  Sounds of a train
platform, a gunshot, a woman screams, a chaotic blast
of notes from a violin, a typewriter clacks away...
