I use what used to be called Colonial Livery, out of Concord -- they are now part of a larger organization (called Go Boston, I believe), but Colonial Livery still has a website which is how I book my rides, which is fast and easy. They are probably not the least expensive service, but they have been super-reliable, which I am willing to pay a premium for.
