There already is a service like this as Logan Express.   Unfortunately we
are about halfway between the terminals of Woburn and Framingham, so unless
the demand grows dramatically, I think it is unlikely that we'll get
anything closer.

We've used Logan Express a number of times and find it very convenient.
You can get dropped off or use their parking, which is a fraction of what
Logan parking is.   Round-trip is $18/pp and buses start leaving for Logan
starting at 2:15am, with return buses leaving until 1:15am.

I've found that one of the biggest advantages is the reduced stress of
getting to the airport on time - you generally just have to worry about
getting to the Woburn/Framingham Logan Express at your planned time (which
is generally a very predictable drive), hop on the next bus and leave the
rest to your driver.
