There are various ways to figure out the CD driveletter, and to then use that in your searchpaths setting script. I'm close to the end of a big job I'm working on, so I was just trying to point you in the right direction, as I haven't enough spare time to just post the scripts. Do a search in the archives for the searchpaths, all the techniques should show up.
