There used to be a means to do this via ResEdit but it's a giant pain. Near as I can tell there are basically two approaches: 1. Live with it; or 2. Make a MIAW instead, using the trick documented at DOUG ("Non-rectangular MIAWs") to set the window's rect to a 1-bit shape. In this case the shape can be the exact dimensions of your movie. It will remove the 1-pixel line.
