Hi Allen, I have been working on a Menu Broker movie script which extends the menu management provided by Lingo. In particular, you can: * Define a number of menu bars (from a field definition or a list) * Swap one menu bar for another * Add new menu items within a given menu (e.g. recently used files) * Set a checkmark for one item in a group (between separators), while removing the checkmark for all other items in that group * Enable and disable a set of menu items, which need not all be in the same menu, with one command plus a property list parameter. * ... Is this the sort of thing you are looking for? What other menu-control features would you find useful? Cheers, James [To remove yourself from this list, or to change to digest mode, go to http://www.penworks.com/lingo-l.cgi To post messages to the list, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Problems, email [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
