It depends of the "event" driving the command.
PrepareFrame and stepFrame are two events that can't do "go".
One very convenient detail about the new timeOutObjects is that their 
callback-events seem to be as robust as the good'ol exitFrame (apart 
from the fact that actually also send "exitFrames"[and 
preparFrames]). So that is one good reason to migrate 
actorListObjects to timeOutTargetObjects.
