Hello!
I am making a presentation (PC version) and I would like to check for the
viewers screen resolution. If it is 600X480 then I want to continue else I
would like to change the settings to 600 X 480. When the user clicks the
exit button I would like to reset the settings to what they were when the
movie was launched i.e. to the user’s screen resolution.Ex if on launch the
settings are 800X600, I would like to save this info in a variable and set
the reso to 600X480. On exit, I would like to retrieve the original screen
reso value and reset the screen settings to 800x600.
Aside from this, I would also like to know this: How to check whether a
specific application is installed on a users system. Ex I would like to
install an Application called Volo View (for viewing auto cad files) on the
user’s system. However, I would first like to check if the user has this
application previously installed. The code should be such that it is able to
locate the exe even if the hard disk is partitioned.
Its really urgent and i really need some help FAST!
