Mutli Session DVD Rom

Wondering if anyone can help and this may be a silly question, but is there
any way to produce a dvd which can contain information playable on consumer
dvd players (ie menu/movie setup) but can also contain a director projector
for computer playback - I suppose kinda like Music CDs with an interactive
section
