That is part of IT. When teaching software engineering it is more about 
the people and management aspects, than writing computer code. But with 
beginning students you have to teach them the basics first. What worries 
me are the students who go straight from an undergraduate degree to 
postgraduate, with no work experience in between. It is much easier to 
teach those with experience.
