IBM service for Linux varies by country, as do the acquisition rules. However, IBM does provide full defect and how-to support for both Red Hat and SuSE on S/390 and zSeries. You call the same number that you would use for OS/390 problems. We recently had a MAJOR price cut in this support here in the Americas, so I presume the same has happened in Australia. Regards, Jim
