Is IPv6 a standard protocol? Should z/VM physical and virtual layers support standard protocols? Across all guest OS? Where do you draw the line$$$? Al Schilla

That would give us SNA, IPX, NETBIOS, or any other protocol currently supported in Linux that we might want without having to involve IBM in coding support for this protocol or that protocol -- it doesn't make sense to have you guys in the middle. -- db
