If you don't use it, it DEFINITELY doesn't need QUICKDSP.

TCPIP and MPROUTE, definitely are good candidates for QUICKDSP; FCON
is a maybe (if you're using it to collect performance info). Wrt to
the database server, you might consider giving it a very large
relative share instead of QUICKDSP, but that's a judgement call you
should base on your FCON response data.
