Mike already mentioned the guest virtual machine size.  To me, this looks
like the ramdisk is too small.  64MB may be cutting it a little close, when
the uncompressed ramdisk is about 55MB.  You might try bumping that up to
the "92358" value that gets mentioned in the error message.

I modified the PARMFILE, but now get the following error:
