Oh, try seeing if you can somehow issue an "ENABLE ALL" VM command. I
don't know how you'd do this if you don't have a console. Is the
equivalent of an HMC console available?


I have hmc operator command line and the http GUI avaible...
"ENABLE ALL" is the solution for 3270 console!!
