In the above configuration file the following path is correct?

[ ibmcasection ]
*dynamic path = /usr/lib64/engines/libibmca.so*
e n g i n e i d = ibmca
d e f a u l t a l g o r i t hms = ALL
#d e f a u l t a l g o r i t hms = RAND,

Please verify the path of 'libibmca.so' and update the configuration file with the correct path.

If you are seeing the output like the following then the provided data is correct and ibmca engine is enabled.

Run the command 'openssl engine'
# openssl engine
( dynamic ) Dynamic engine loading support
( ibmca ) Ibmca hardware engine support

Hope the above solves the problem. If not please let me know.
