You can always give them what they want, and then show them what they
really need.
- Any good performance tool will help make that easier.

Then work with them to understand possible growth requirements.
- That may help balance using tools like CMM as mentioned over manual
intervention.

If your talking WAS guest, look into exploiting shared binaries as a means
to help standardize and simplify the administration as that can lead better
platform acceptance too.
