It was time to do that about 15 minutes after the end of the prior 
discussions on this.  It's gratifying, in a way, to see that people assume 
all problems are the result of Customer Error; it speaks to our history 
and your expectations based on that history.  But on occasion, it really 
IS a hardware problem.  :-)  Let Support explain to you why your media 
isn't working.
