No, but there was a Spectrum 128k (as well as +, +2 and +3 versions with
built in tape/floppy drives), and Amstrad 128s as well I believe. Don't
know how the memory adressing works, but I ould have a look inside one
(we've got a Spectrum 128 under the telly).
