This isn't right either. They changed to a larger regulator on 1.1,
but they didn't understand the hints in the spec for that new
regulator that this would require a larger cap(*). So the smaller cap
is valid for 1.0 boards with the less powerful regulator.

(*) I'm an Electrical engineer. I read the datasheet, and it shows a
larger cap for a heftier application as an example. As the smaller cap
and regulator worked on 1.0, I wouldn't have changed to a larger cap
either.
