I also agree that word users just "Get buy" I run the computer systems in a
medium sized office. When I first arrived they were using an old DOS version
of Word Perfect and loved it. However the BOS wanted long file names. Of
course I installed Office '97 and later office 2000 and what a shock, for
something that is suppose to be easy and intuitive it was a nightmare of
course I gave them time and a few classes and to this day almost a year
later they still have problems. "Why does it do this" "Why can't i get this
lined up" I'm sorry but the kitchen sink and a paper clip are just to much.
All they want to do is their work they don't want to become word processing
masters.
