Pertanyaan 3 ini tetap mengaitkan KPLI, shg saya rasa perlu paham dulu apa itu KPL atau LUG. Bagaimana kalau mengacu User-Group-HOWTO dari LDP? Ini cuplikannya: --- The goals of local LUGs are as varied as the locales in which they operate. There is no master plan for LUGs, nor is this document meant to supply one. Remember: Linux is free from bureaucracy and centralized control and so are local LUGs. It is possible, however, to identify a core set of goals for a local LUG: advocacy, education, support, socializing.
