How is this toolchain compiled ? With glibc versions (normal case)
  or wihout (Netwinder) ?.

I built my toolchain with versions almost a year ago and are using
glibc with versions - now I have to compile a shared library to
work with a netwinder (unversioned) executable.
The executable runs by setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH to an unversioned
glibc directory, (yes we're using 2 glibc at the moment).
