Hmm.  That means when the CPU asked the footbridge which ISA interrupt was
active, it reported "108", which is an impossible number for the Winbond
IRQ controller to report.

Hmm, I'm getting more and more convinced that the tulips "System Error"
reports are wholely valid, and there is something wrong with some NetWinders
PCI busses.
