OK, then the existing IR related code in h3600.c is missplaced, however i
have some handhelds.org CVS code merged.

And looks like everything about IR is in sa1100_ir.c, just that i did not
know it, well, everyday i learn something new. So i supose that the power
consumption was not altered by setting the EGIO9 to low.

Of course, i just have to start somewhere, my current goal is to fix the
power consumption on suspend on the iPAQ h3600. When i i am happy with
that part i will go on with other power managment related issues.
