Hello,
I posted this problem on armlinux-newbie and was told that the
aproppriate place was linux-arm.
The problem is the following: I have a cdb89712 board on which I would
like to run a 2.4.6-rmk1-rayl kernel. The first steps are OK (building
gcc, binutils, patched shoehorn & hermit, kernel...). I can load
shoehorn and hermit but when I try to download the kernel, I get CRC
errors after the first blocks. This happens with or without using
ethernet.
On armlinux-newbie, Cam Mayor told me that some variation may exist
between rev B and rev C boards... mine is a rev A.

Well, I saw in the machine list that the cdb89712 was referenced as rev
B. Had someone succesfully used a cdb89712 rev A board ?

regards,
sbastien
