S� para deixar mais claro:
Voc� n�o � obrigado a liberar o seu programa (baseado num outro GPLed).
Voc� pode usar o seu programa dentro da sua empresa/escola/etc sem ter
que mostrar o fonte para ningu�m.
Se voc� quiser _distribuir_ o seu programa, a� sim deve liberar
usando o GPL.

b) You must cause any work that you distribute or publish, that in
whole or in part contains or is derived from the Program or any
part thereof, to be licensed as a whole at no charge to all third
