I generally think it's a good idea too.

But I think we do need to subject the RH exams to the same level of
scrutiny we did with Digital Metrics. We shouldn't just automatically
grant the exemption for marketing reasons. I'd like more details about the
RH objectives and the nature of their exams. It's probably acceptable,
but we need to check it out.

Another issue is dealing with the administrative details of doing this.
What proof do we require that a candidate passed the RH exams? How
cumbersome and expensive will it be for us to verify this and program our
fullfillment database to deal with it?
