You still might have a chance:
I don`t know much about solaris, but it should be possible to plug the disk
containing /etc into another Computer, mount it and restore /etc/shadow from
whatever backup you have. Local solutions could be a problem, but booting
from a CD or a single-disk system might enable you to mount the disk also
and correct your mistake. If you use samba, you might also try to access the
computer via net.
