You actually removed the file that contains the encrypted passwords that
is why you can not login. What I suggest now is that you need to go into
single user mode hopefully it will not ask for a password in order to
enter single user mode. This is done while it is booting. I have really
spent long so you may have to do a little reading on how that is done in
solaris. However if it requires a password then I am sorry because either
you will have to acquire some sort of rescue disk or take t back to
whoever installed it and hope hat they have a similar machine such that
they can mount your hard disk as a slave.
