You need to boot from the instalation CD-ROM.
Press STOP+A, this will put you in BOOT PROM mode.
Type boot cdrom.
This will boot from CD-ROM in single user mode, without asking for a
root password.
When you are in, you have to re-build the shadow file, just by setting
the root password.
Reboot
This should let you login as root.
Then you have to set all the passwords of your users.

Depending of the type of equipment, you may need to enter a password or
to use a key to access the BOOT PROM.
