Well this problem with the local IP address is cropping up more and more
often. In my three-machine network here, my linux box has the IP address
192.168.0.3. Although it doesn't happen every time, it does happen often
enough to be annoying. How can I keep this local network address from
being assigned as my actual Internet IP address (which is, of course,
doomed to failure)?
Best regards,
Sean
