Can anyone suggest to me why diald insists on putting the GMT time on
everything it logs to /var/log/messages? I'm running RH5.2 and
diald-0.16.4-1, and everything else uses the correct local time, but
diald stamps everything six hours into the future. For example:

Mar 16 16:04:42 stargate diald[270]: Running connect (pid = 16122).
Mar 16 10:04:42 stargate connect: Initializing Modem

Thanks in advance,
