I had setup my ppp with linuxconfig and able to connect using the
commands ifup/ifdown ppp0. I need to use a script for diald using the
chat command to start the same ppp connection but when I did am not able
to fire up the ppp0 connection. The modem gets activated but i get a
connect script failure message in /var/log/messages. Is there anyway I
get around using the connect script? Thanks.
