my diald machine sets up a connection every 15 minute

hi,

        my diald machine makes a connection to my isp every 15 minute. is there
a way to see from which machine these requests come? in the /var/log/message
file it only prints messages like:
Trigger: udp        192.168.1.98/61000   193.219.224.230/53

the 192.168.1.98 is the fake ip.
