Hi Ed

While keeping the link up for an extended period of time helps, it does not 
solve the actual problem.
In New Zealand Internet charges are expensive (I use IDSN), I get charged 
for every minute that I am connected (both the local call and the Internet 
charge.)

Good idea though if paying for an unlimited account! :)
