I just did downloaded diald-0.99.1.tar.gz from
http://diald.unix.ch/download
and it contains all the package all right.
For RH6.0 (I guess libc6-2.1 ??) there is an RPM at
Mark Bergsma site (thanks Mark, it works great for me !)
http://www.mbergsma.demon.nl/RPMS/diald-0.99.1-3.i386.rpm
You can ge source SRPM there as well.
If you are using RH5.2, it may be easier to stick to older version.
(0.16.5a). There are RPMS around, one, under the name diald16-0.16.5a-xxx
at rufus.w3.org, for example
