I have read through the documentation of the current version and I still use the old
0.16 version under rh5.1 without any problems.
I have got the tap0 working thanks to someone mentioning the conf.modules line, but
diald is still not bringing up pppd when requests come in.
After trying the debug 0x8 option in the diald.conf file, syslog now says...
diald[492]: Proxy device established on interface tap0
diald[492]: Diald initial setup completed
After doing a route -n I don't have an sl0 but i do have a tap0.
Any other options to try and get diald to bring my pppd up when required?
