  I have a similar problem, it doesn't happen all the time, but
occassionally it does what you say, I just chalk it up to netscape, though
I havn't bothered to fire up another browser to verify that it is actually
netscape which has the problem.
  Just hit <Esc> followed by <ctrl-R> to reload it
