Hi,
have you ever seen running Linux on a board equipped with AMD ELAN400?
This is a low-power 486 based CPU with a lot of standerard PC compatible
perperial hardware on chip for embedded use.
We try to implement Linux on a smartPC (see: www.digtallogic.ch/smart.html)
with 16 MB RAM and a 100MB sandisc IDE-flashdrive. The system has problems
while booting the kernel from loadlin. The kernelbootprocess leads
to a reboot of the whole system while probing the hardware.
Any hints are welcome.
Thanks a lot
