"DiskOnChip" is a brand name of M-Systems.  If you want to use their
product you can get the driver from them.

If you want to use a flash card, 2.2.14 has flash card support in the
ide driver.  Check out ide.c and ide-probe.c.  Ide.c lists which flash
cards are supported.  If you want to use flash memory in general then
check out flash.c.
