Hello,
I'm working on a kind of webphone project (a hardware
device) with a embedded linux as OS.

At the moment it works with a notebook hard drive, but
our problem is that he run only once; because it not
unmount correctly.My questions are:
- Why he need to unmount ?
- Is it not possible to create a read-only system ?

In the next days we will load our system on a Flash
disk ("DiskOnModule FD016-022.4M of 16Mb"),
- will this resolve the unmount problem on shutdown
(or instant power-off) ?
- Have someone do this before ? are there some
problems ? please tell me how you done this.

Thanks
Marc Jaeger
