Hi,
thanks for replys.
As I posted, I had errors on loading modules.
My machine is with Intel Celeron 1.2GHz, 64MB RAM, VIA
chipset.
Whenever I install LEM with Red Hat CD-ROM, I do not have
any error on loading modules. I did not compile and just install from CD as you
know.
However, I can not load modules after kernel upgraded.
With normal upgrading, my machine works well.
For example, after install RedHat 7.1, I upgraded kernel to
2.5.0. Then every modules are loaded and works fine.
However, with LEM, I do not have error on loading modules
before kernel upgrading. Of course, I did make modules and module-install when I
did kernel upgrading.
With LEM, do I need to upgrade any database file in some
place?
What are differences between just installing from CD and
compiling from source files? Generally, I think they do not
differ.
Did somebody have the same experience?
