The ramdisk image cannot be loaded.
Obviously, the system tries to load something else (maybe NFS
or non-existing file system),
due to wrong "root=". Maybe you need some other ramdisk parameters.
There must be an option for loading ramdisk image.
Which Kernel and Loader do you use?
