try using peewee distrubution and then adapting it with custom files. it 
includes bash shell (if you want it) and it also includes busybox aswell 
(again if you want it).  one thing i definately suggest using your own 
bzImage with it though, as the current version of kernel source included 
with the distribution doesnt seem to make a bzImage.
