I obviously wasn't referring to the busy ones, I said in the first message
I was looking for somoene that is free.

Somehow, I dont really care if you belive or not, we've got a good
programmer, and he ain't goning anywhere not after the first project and
not at all -- it's a programmer we worked with before under these terms,
Dont forget he sits in his on house, doing whatever he wants and working
in the hours he decides and getting paid 15$/hour instead of rotting by
the TV 24Hours a day as he has no job.
