I use my spamcop account. Basically, since spamcop provides spam filtering for the whole world and many ISPs use it (including Netvision...), I figure that once an Israeli ISP goes on the blacklist, they'll have to respond, otherwise their entire clientelle will not be able to write e-mail, and pressure them into taking action. I'm surprised that Actcom is not responsive to this issue, though.
