I love black background for my terminals, and the default of dark blue for color-ls libraries and other elements can be very annoying. I could use a .dircolors file to override the problem but what I really want is to be able to change the definition of ANSI blue from #000080 or whatever it is to something nicer, like I do in putty.
I found this: http://www.thrysoee.dk/xtermcontrol/ the other options are moving to konsole or gnome-terminal where the colors are editable. g-t explodes every few days on my fc6+Beryl, I may move to Konsole. anyone got other options I may have missed? -- Ira Abramov Scalable Solutions 054-4731-963 Free Software infrastructures for the 21st century http://scso.com ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
